Range Keys

Range key update - 17/02/2019

If you were issued a range card in the 2018 / 2019 financial year, your range card will continue to work (so long as you pay your subs before March 31st 2019).

All members must complete the Kaitoke Range Safety Course before a key will be issued

If you have not renewed your membership, can you please post back your range card (or old key) to the following address:
NZDA Hutt Valley Branch INC.
PO BOX 40226
Upper Hutt 5140

Range cards are now automatically added to all membership types ($20); this is for new members and renewing members (even if you were issued a card last year). It helps cover the cost of lock replacements and range maintenance.

Range keys are available at club  meetings, third Wednesday of each month, Upper Hutt Cossie Club, starting at 7:30PM. We don't hold meetings at the Upper Hutt Cossie Club: December, January and February.

Please bring the following:

A printed & completed key lease form (please date and sign the form).

A copy of your Hutt Valley induction/range safety course certificate available from:

Safer Shooting Website.

Your firearms licence.

Your current membership card (if you have received).

Your old key (if you have one).

The correct amount of cash (if you have not paid online).

Note: Anyone hiring the range is expected to have done the safety course.

How do I get a range card (key) or collect from the Gunshop?

How do I operate the electronic padlock?
