DESCRIPTION:https://hvnzda.org.nz/event-2449051\n\nKaitoke Pistol Club invite you along to our  Family Open Day and BBQ at the Kaitoke range\, starting from around 9.30\n\n  This is your opportunity come along and try pistol shooting. There will be a number different  .22 handguns available and also the opportunity to shoot a black powder handgun like they did in the 1800's. \n\n  There will be opportunities for the whole family to have a go\, and a BBQ for lunch.\n\n  Indeed\, shooting is a family affair. There's been events where 3 generations of a family have been on the firing line. Everyone from Grandpa/Grandma to the Grandkids can come on out - There is no age limit. All welcome\nWe are located just off SH2\, in the Rimutaka Incline recreation area\, Kaitoke\, Upper Hutt. From Upper Hutt go 9  Kms North on State Highway 2\, through Te Marua (Golf Club and Speedway) up Kaitoke Hill. You will pass over Kaitoke Hill which crests with a double lane and then descends into a dip. On the right at this point is a road (Kaitoke Loop Rd) exit with a direction sign for the Pakuratahi Forest. Take this exit and immediately turn left onto Incline Rd and drive 2 Kms (past Go-Karts & Gliding Club) and through gate at car-park to road end.   \n  Donation requested\n
